Please follow these easy steps to buy your pre-paid funeral plan:
Make an appointment
You will need to decide whether you want to make all of your decisions yourself or whether you would like to make an appointment for one of our representatives to visit you at your home at a time and date convenient to you. This can include early evenings, if necessary, without any home visit charge. You can telephone us or email us to make the appointment.
If you want to apply by post then you'll need to download the application form (or ask us to post one to you) and the full brochure pack.
Choose a payment method
You will need to decide whether you want to pay in full or by instalments. You'll need the bankers order if you want to pay by instalments.
For security reasons you cannot make payment online at this website. We don't want to take any risks with your money. You can pay online direct from your own bank's online banking service. Ask us for the specific banking information you'll need to make the transfer.
You can pay by cash at your local bank. Please ask for the Trust's banking information to be able to pay by cash.
You'll be pleased to know you don't EVER make payment to Silver Birch Solutions, but direct to the Trust fund. This ensures that your money stays safe throughout.
