CODE OF CONDUCT
We are well aware that the subject of funerals is highly sensitive. As customers can often be single, elderly or otherwise potentially vulnerable, every possible safeguard will be taken to ensure that misunderstandings or other possible causes of complaint are avoided. We always operate under this Code of Conduct when dealing with pre-paid funeral plans.
High ethical standards
We aim to operate strictly in accordance with all legal requirements and with the highest ethical standards. Such standards are also required from all consultants representing the company and we have an established company Code of Conduct.
